Heavenly Goddess’ warehouse is open to ship packages Monday – Friday (we are closed on major holidays). Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS.
Each package is processed and charged accordingly based on our shipping carrier’s weight and distance formulation.
*Orders shipping outside the Continental US (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses) can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive.
All orders placed through our website require a valid email address. Upon submitting your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. If it does not appear within 5 minutes, please check your spam filter. A second email will be sent once your order is shipped. This email will contain the tracking number assigned to your package by UPS.

Orders are packed in plain brown boxes with the return address to Heavenly Goddess’ 1296 Park East Drive, Unit 1, Woonsocket, RI 02895. Each order contains recyclable packing materials.

Due to the intimate nature of the products offered by Heavenly Goddess, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Motorized products are guaranteed for 30 days for a replacement of the same item only. No refunds are given.
If you attended a home party and received a defective product, please contact your Heavenly Goddess distributor to coordinate your even exchange.
If you purchased through our website and received a defective product, please contact Heavenly Goddess’ Customer Care Liaison for instructions to send back your item for a replacement. All defective product returns to Heavenly Goddess must be accompanied by a return-authorization number (RA).
