WHAT IS A HEAVENLY GODDESS PARTY?

A Heavenly Goddess party is held in a private space where guests can view, touch and purchase pampering products. Party guests are encouraged to ask questions about skin care, relaxation and our incredible ingredients. A Heavenly Goddess or Adonis will create a fun and open atmosphere for questions to be answered throughout the party and during the ordering process.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HOST A HEAVENLY GODDESS PARTY?

Our parties are absolutely FREE! Best of all, our Goddesses and Adoni give hosts FREE products based on their sales!

I'VE NEVER HOSTED A SPA PARTY BEFORE. WHAT DO I DO?

It’s easy! You pick a theme, date and time with your Goddess or Adonis. You invite your friends over. Your Goddess/Adonis will do a party presentation and then take orders! Once everyone has ordered, you will be given hostess credits to pick out your FREE products! EASY PEASY!

WHO SHOULD I INVITE?

Anyone is welcome! Include your best friends, sorority sisters, mom, aunts, neighbors, co-workers to name a few! Talk to your Goddess or Adonis for other ideas to build your ideal guest list! 

CAN MEN ATTEND HEAVENLY GODDESS PARTIES?

YES!

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND A HEAVENLY GODDESS PARTY?

It all depends on the party type! If you want to host a “Ladies ONLY” event or a “Sangria Saturday” – you might want to suggest that everyone leaves their kids at home. However, we do offer party themes for Mommy’s and Daughters or Teen Pampering nights – so the answer is YES depending on the type of party you are hosting!

DO I NEED A BIG SPACE TO HOST A PARTY?

We do parties in apartments, houses, dorm rooms, hotel rooms, backyards, VFW halls, bars and restaurants!  Talk to your Goddess or Adonis and they can guide you.

HOW LONG DOES A PARTY LAST?

The average party lasts about three hours. It could be shorter or longer, depending on how many guests you have and the amount of questions they have for your Goddess/Adonis!

WHAT VALUABLE CREDITS WILL I RECEIVE FOR MY EFFORTS?
  • With party sales between $250.00 and $499 – you will receive 10% of your party’s total sales in FREE products. A $500 party earns you 15% of the total party sales!
  • All hosts with party sales of $250 or more receive:
    $10 Hostess gift!
    $15.00 in FREE product credit for every party booked off of your party!

HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

Generally shopping takes place in a room separate from the party and the guests. Guests come in one by one to ask questions and place their order with the Goddess/Adonis.  

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

Your guests can pay with cash and credit cards. Accepting personal checks is at the discretion of the Goddess or Adonis.

DO I GET MY PRODUCTS THAT NIGHT OR DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO BE MAILED TO ME?

Some Goddesses and Adoni carry a huge inventory to every party, some carry no inventory at all! You can speak to your Goddess/Adonis prior to the party to discuss order fulfillment!

CAN MY FRIENDS STILL PLACE AN ORDER IF THEY CAN'T ATTEND THE PARTY?

Absolutely! Friends can contact the Goddess or Adonis directly to place an order or they can shop through the Heavenly Goddess website with your Party ID #. Adding the Party ID ensures that you get credit for the purchase!

JOINING FAQ’S

DO I NEED SALES EXPERIENCE TO SELL HEAVENLY GODDESS PRODUCTS?

Most people who join our company have no sales experience. Every top seller in our company was once BRAND NEW! The reason for their success, is their willingness to learn and apply what they learn! People from all walks of life sell our products: nurses, bank tellers, bus drivers, retail associates, teachers and stay at home moms! We will train you when you join and there is on-going training every month that is optional! 

WHAT IS THE INCOME POTENTIAL?

Heavenly Goddess is a commission based business so it’s entirely up to you! How much do you want to make? You will make 35% of your party sales with the opportunity to earn a 5% bonus if your sales hit $5,000 in a calendar month. We have Goddesses who make $10,000 a month and some who make $100 a month. The more you party, the more you make! You can open other streams of revenue through website sales and team commissions! 

ARE THERE MINIMUMS?

You are required to sell $600 in 6 months – and that’s easy to do.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO INVEST TO GET STARTED?

Purchase a welcome kit for $29.95 plus shipping and handling. Complete training and we will issue you a 50% off coupon code. You can then customize your kit and invest as much as you want at a nice deep discount!

WHAT IF I HAVE NO PUBLIC SPEAKING EXPERIENCE?

Most Goddesses and Adoni didn’t!  After a few parties, you begin to find your groove. Heavenly Goddess’ mother company – Athena’s – has a successful Goddess/Adonis do their presentation just about every month of the year. You can learn a lot from them! We’ve watched people transform from shy wall flowers to confident beings! 

HOW WILL I LEARN ABOUT THE PRODUCTS?

We will teach you! We promise! Your initial training is a one on one with a company trainer! There is also on going training that has everything you need to know. And don’t forget your Team Leader and team mates who can help mentor you as well!

DO I HAVE TO CARRY INVENTORY?

You do not! You will just carry your demo kit and paperwork into your parties! You will submit all your orders using the Heavenly Goddess state of the art website. Our home office staff will handle all aspects of getting the party shipment to your host!

DO I HAVE TO RECRUIT?

No. It’s your business!  If a role in leadership calls to you, go for it! Leading a team is optional!

HOW DO I BOOK MY FIRST PARTY?

We suggest you host a launch party at your home for your family and friends to kick off your business. You can also talk to family and friends about hosting parties of their own! We will give you lots of ideas in training.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

You will conduct a party and get paid based on the payments you receive at the party. Freedom Goddesses and Adoni make 35% to 40% of their party sales. When you earn a web or team commission, you’ll be paid by check or direct deposit the following month.

CAN MY CLIENTS SHOP ONLINE WITH ME?

Yes! You get a Heavenly Goddess website that is up and running 24/7! Your clients can shop online and you earn a commission when they buy!

HOW OFTEN ARE NEW PRODUCTS ADDED?

We add new products three times a year. January, May and September!

SHIPPING FAQ’S

HOW DOES HEAVENLY GODDESS SHIP AN ORDER TO ME?

All orders are shipped in a standard brown box. We use UPS and USPS. The return address label on the package will read AHN.

WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped to you within two business days once they are received. We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. We have extended hours on Wednesdays till 7pm EST. All ‘ground’ orders that are shipped through our normal provider (UPS) are delivered to the 6 New England states and parts of NY and NJ the very next day. No overnight service is needed. It’s best to call the warehouse during normal business hours to inquire about the delivery time of your specific order. Call 1-877-ATHENAS extension 25 or e-mail to: [email protected] If you ordered at a party through a Goddess or Adonis that does not carry stock, your Hostess has been provided with a UPS tracking number once the order ships from our warehouse. You can contact either the Goddess or Adonis or your hostess to get the shipping progress.

IS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you ordered directly through one of our stock carrying Goddesses or Adoni either personally or at a party please contact them directly. Their contact information is on the sales invoice and the business card they left with you.

If you ordered at a party through a Goddess or Adonis that does not carry stock your Hostess will be provided with a UPS tracking number once the order ships from our warehouse. You can contact either the Goddess or Adonis or your hostess to get the shipping progress.

If you ordered from our web site shopping cart www.heavenlygoddess.com you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail as soon as the order ships. The UPS or USPS tracking number is included on that e-mail, and reflects package shipped via UPS or USPS.

UPS TRIED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE, BUT I WASN'T HOME AND THEY LEFT A NOTICE. WHAT DO I DO?

While Athena’s does not require a signature for the delivery of our packages, UPS drivers are able to require a signature if they do not feel there is a safe place to leave the package; where it is not in full view of the street and neighbors. If you receive a notice from UPS, please contact the number they provide on their notice to you. Make arrangements to pick up your order at the closest UPS hub or sign the notice and leave it for the driver and the package will be left the next day.

WHAT IS HEAVENLY GODDESS' RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final due to the intimate nature of our products. Motorized products are guaranteed 30 days for a replacement. Please reference our digital catalog or website shopping cart for individual extended product warranties for many of our motorized items. Heavenly Goddess’ warranty covers the massage or kegel device only. No incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product are warrantied. No refunds will be given. If you receive a broken product or if your product breaks within 30 days of receipt: please contact your Goddess or Adonis if purchased at a party, or our Customer Care Liaison if purchased on our website, for instructions on how to send back your item for a replacement. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
